Quality

			Cable cutting: the first phase in the company process is managed by two semi-automatic work stations commanded by a PC. The two machines can satisfy all requirements regarding cutting and stripping in line with customer specifications.


			Checks: visual checks are defined in the production plan, including through the use of external laboratories. The company has certified its operators in accordance with JPC-001 and JPC A-620.

			Crimping: as regards more specific requirements, HTC is able to constantly monitor its crimping process thanks to its use of machines equipped with integrated quality control.

			Electrical inspection: HTC uses three inspection equipment units that can satisfy any type of electrical inspection up to a maximum of 3500 V DC and 2500 V AC. In addition, thanks to its close cooperation with its partners, it is able to develop equipment for specific inspections in accordance with the most varied customer requirements.
